Disneyland - quite picture heavy
June 18, 2019Hello lovelies,
I turned 30 this year (I almost typed 20...oops) and decided to celebrate it like an adult.....in Disneyland.
I got a super cheap offer I found on urlaubshamster.at that included the park entry and one night at a disneyhotel for only 70€. I wanted to stay another night as to not have to check out and go back to Paris on my birthday and another night was also 70€. So all in all I paid 140€ for the park entry and two nights at the Disney hotel. The flight was another 70€ and we had a taxi from the airport to the Disneyland hotel for 23€. Which makes it about 233€ (without food and the transfer to Paris) for stay and transfer per Person which is a super good price.
I brought two of my friends and my partner along and we flew to Paris on the 3rd of March. We only brought hand luggage and everything went quite smoothly. We arrived at the hotel at about 6pm and went for dinner in the hotel restaurant which was an all you can eat.
On the 4th of March we entered Disneyland in pouring rain.
It stopped around 12pm and there were occasional showers but we almost always were waiting in lines inside and therefore didn't mind as much.
What can I say about the whole day? It was amazing.
I had a lot of fun with my friends and on the rides, snacked a lot and for dinner we ate at the Garden place, another all you can eat.
The illumination show at the end was a great finale to an even better day and in the end we fell dead into our beds.
The next day we checked out and took the train to Paris.
It had started to rain again and we roamed through little Tokyo. I visited the Angelic Pretty store where I bought a new hair bow and a pair of cream coloured ankle socks.
Afterwards we went for Takoyaki and Okontomiyaki in the little tokyo of Paris, near the AP store.
The food at the restaurant we chose was very good but then I saw one guest and a waitress not washing their hands after visiting the bathroom and was grossed out. Then the most funniest thing happened after we left the restaurant, in the next shop, a closed restaurant, we saw a rat in the window. I at first thought it was a rat plushie but then it moved. My friend P. almost got a heart attack and wanted to leave asap. The rest of the journey until today we still tell her that Remy (from the movie Ratatouille) made our food. She still doesn't think it is funny.
We walked past Louvre and made some pictures, the museum was closed for the public anyway.
Our flight from Charles de Gaulles was on time and the plane was almost empty. We even arrived earlier than expected in Vienna.
Once again, thank you again R, P and M for the good time.
All the best,
Auris Lothol
